We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Representative who can juggle customer support with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced e-commerce environment—perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and helping customers. You’ll be given the tools and training to make you successful.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support and ensure a positive experience for our customers
- Manage order fulfillment and inventory accuracy to ensure timely shipments and up-to-date stock levels
- Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments from brand partners
- Conduct product research and sourcing to identify new opportunities for the business
- Support weekly and monthly financial reporting and analysis
- Build out product listings and collections on Shopify Plus
- Participate in brand meetings and contribute to product forecasting decisions
- Represent the company at industry events to build relationships with customers and potential brand partners
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role
- A positive mindset and genuine desire to help others.
- Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills
- Ability to work within a team environment and independently complete projects
- Comfortable navigating online platforms, spreadsheets, and software programs
- Proactive, adaptable, and customer-first approach—someone who thrives in a small team environment
