About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels while owning the strategy and execution of client and prospect events that strengthen relationships, elevate our brand, and drive new business for the firm.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who is creative, organized, and energized by building a strong brand and delivering memorable experiences.
Key Outcomes

- Measure and optimize marketing and event ROI with data-driven insights
- Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice across all client-facing communications
Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement
- Develop content strategies across email marketing, social media, website, and blog
- Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution aligned with business objectives
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for emails, landing pages, social posts, newsletters, and client communications
- Manage the CRM and marketing automation platform, including list segmentation, workflows, and nurture campaigns
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies to produce creative assets
- Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and grow the firm's digital presence
- Support SEO and paid advertising efforts including keyword research, ad copy, and performance tracking
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to industry compliance and regulatory guidelines
Events Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of a full calendar of client appreciation events, prospect events, educational seminars, and community engagements
- Lead the end-to-end event experience including concept development, venue selection, invitations, promotion, logistics, on-site management, and post-event follow-up
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines
- Partner with advisors to identify event opportunities that deepen client relationships and attract qualified prospects
- Track event ROI, attendance, and engagement metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with venues, caterers, and event vendors throughout Metro Atlanta
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- 4 to 7 years of combined experience in marketing and event management, with a proven track record of executing campaigns and owning client-facing events from concept through completion
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox, or similar), analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, email dashboards), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong copywriting and editing skills; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Working knowledge of SEO, paid social, and digital advertising fundamentals
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High character, integrity, and trustworthiness, essential in a client-facing financial services role
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 to $120,000 based on experience
- 10 PTO days and approximately 10 paid holidays per year
