Inside Sales Specialist
Company Context: Tech Innovations Inc. is an IT solutions provider serving SMBs in the Caribbean and USA, specializing in IT hardware solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and direct outreach.
- Lead Qualification: Determine business needs, budget, and decision-maker authority.
- Product Presentations: Demonstrate hardware solutions; answer customer questions.
- Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals independently.
- Account Management: Maintain customer relationships, provide post-sale support, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- CRM Management: Manage and update all account activities, pipeline stages, and customer interactions in a CRM system (Hubspot or similar CRM platform). Pipeline reviews and forecast accuracy expectations required.
- Sales Tracking: Monitor sales performance, forecast pipeline, and report metrics to management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in B2B sales (hardware/software preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own territory
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and Spanish
