Inside Sales Specialist

Company Context: Tech Innovations Inc. is an IT solutions provider serving SMBs in the Caribbean and USA, specializing in IT hardware solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and direct outreach.
  • Lead Qualification: Determine business needs, budget, and decision-maker authority.
  • Product Presentations: Demonstrate hardware solutions; answer customer questions.
  • Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals independently.
  • Account Management: Maintain customer relationships, provide post-sale support, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Manage and update all account activities, pipeline stages, and customer interactions in a CRM system (Hubspot or similar CRM platform). Pipeline reviews and forecast accuracy expectations required.
  • Sales Tracking: Monitor sales performance, forecast pipeline, and report metrics to management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales (hardware/software preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage own territory
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
