Ledelsea is hiring a GenAI Engineer to build next-generation LLM-powered applications and agentic AI systems.
📌 Experience Required: Bachelor's + 3-4 years OR Master's + 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering or ML engineering, with demonstrated hands-on GenAI/LLM project experience.
📍 Location Requirement: Candidates must be willing to relocate to the state and city of the client site. This is mandatory for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and deploy Generative AI applications and LLM-powered products from prototype through production ✅ Design and build agentic AI systems featuring planning, reasoning, tool use, memory, and multi-step decision-making ✅ Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines including chunking strategies, embeddings, vector stores, and re-ranking ✅ Build, evaluate, and tune prompts and prompt orchestration flows for production-grade reliability ✅ Develop applications using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and LlamaIndex ✅ Work hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers ✅ Implement evaluation frameworks for GenAI systems including hallucination detection, output quality scoring, and regression testing ✅ Integrate GenAI components with existing enterprise systems via APIs, message queues, and event-driven architectures ✅ Monitor model performance, cost, latency, and safety in production ✅ Collaborate with product, data science, and platform teams to define GenAI use cases and success metrics
Minimum Qualifications: 🎓 Bachelor's + 3-4 years OR Master's + 4-5 years of relevant experience 🤖 Hands-on experience developing and deploying GenAI/LLM applications 🧠 Experience designing and building agentic AI systems 🐍 Strong Python and modern AI/ML library expertise 🛠️ Working experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex 🔥 Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Transformers
