Marketing and Operations Intern
Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist with creating and scheduling LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media content
- Help draft captions, promotional copy, email campaigns, and newsletters
- Support podcast promotion and content repurposing
- Assist with graphic creation and campaign organization
- Track and organize marketing performance metrics and engagement data
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist with managing spreadsheets, documents, and organizational systems
- Help coordinate communication with students, universities, partners, and sponsors
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, and email correspondence
- Maintain organized records and assist with process improvements
Event & Program Coordination
- Support planning and logistics for conferences, leadership programs, and networking events
- Assist with outreach to universities and professional organizations
- Help manage participant communications and program materials
- Assist with survey collection, feedback tracking, and reporting
Strategic & Creative Projects
- Help brainstorm engagement ideas and campaign concepts
- Support partnership and sponsorship initiatives
- Assist with research related to actuarial education, leadership development, and student engagement
- Contribute ideas for improving organizational efficiency and visibility
