The Account Services Team serves as the primary link between the agency and client accounts, and the Account Executive will manage their own accounts. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Leadership & Communication
- Establish and strengthen client relationships through strategic guidance and collaboration
- Ensure overall client satisfaction and clear communication on assigned accounts
- Effectively present, sell and defend agency strategy, proposals and work to clients
- Client travel as needed

Strategic Planning & Account Management
- Leads the development of annual strategic marketing plans, inclusive of budgets, insights and recommended tactics
- Collaborates with internal departments to build integrated plans and creative briefs that align with client goals
- Presents plans, secures client approvals, and delivers performance metrics/results throughout the year
- Maintains strong knowledge of the client’s brand, market, competition and emerging opportunities to inform recommendations

Team Collaboration
- Per the client’s strategic advertising plan, works with each department to manage body of work for on-time completion with client approvals, as needed
- Initiates all client-related internal meetings, including strategic planning brainstorms and interdepartmental meetings for assigned clients
- Builds relationships with agency team members to support seamless campaign execution and high-quality work
Skill Requirements:
- 2-6 years of account service experience
- Skilled storyteller and presenter, able to confidently lead client meetings and strategic discussions
- Strong, effective communicator
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing tools
