### Job Description:

At Odyssey Painting, we're seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate our interior painting team, exterior painting team, and wood rot team. You'll ensure they have the materials and support needed to deliver exceptional results for our customers. Additionally, you will engage directly with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction. During quieter periods, you'll assist in managing emails and supporting administrative tasks. Our work environment is ever-changing, offering continuous challenges and growth opportunities.

### Responsibilities:

1. **Team Coordination:**

- Coordinate closely with the interior painting team, exterior painting team, and wood rot team to facilitate seamless project execution.

- Manage schedules, materials, and resources to optimize team efficiency.

2. **Customer Interaction:**

- Meet with current customers to discuss project specifics, address concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

3. **Administrative Support:**

- Manage email communications, respond to inquiries promptly, and maintain organized records.

- Prepare and send quotes to prospective customers using Excel or other relevant tools.

4. **Operational Oversight:**

- Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

- Address any operational issues or conflicts as they arise, escalating when necessary for resolution.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**

- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency within the painting teams.

- Implement best practices to elevate customer service and operational effectiveness.
