Proposal Coordinator

The Pittsburgh office of BrightTree Studios is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with others in the firm, the Proposal Coordinator participates in all stages of the procurement process, from strategy to proposal preparation to interview assistance, in a deadline-driven environment. We are seeking a talented individual who is committed to excellence, who thrives in an environment of collaboration, and who demonstrates a high degree of enthusiasm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposal submissions, qualifications packages, presentations, and brochures.
- Work with the principals, project managers, and technical staff to develop relevant materials.
- Research and writing content, including blog posts, Thought Leadership pieces, project sheets, resumes, and narratives as requested.
- Take ownership of our brand image, including consistency across all firm materials.
- Maintain and update project data and opportunity information in our CRM.
- Ability to engage in photography and editing, both internally and on our completed projects.
- Additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in writing/marketing/graphics.
- Experience in the A/E/C field and knowledge in state qualification forms (330, 150, etc.).
- Skilled in photography and editing and willingness to grow your skills.
- Self-starter. The ability to work as part of team as well as independently.
- High level of design sensibility. Great eye for page layout and graphic placement.
- Strong creative and technical writing skills. Unique writing sensibility. You will be writing.
- Creative thinker. Imaginative ideas. Ability to turn ideas into actions.
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe products (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) as well as Microsoft suite.
