What You’ll Be Doing
- Support therapists with non‑billable patient care activities
- Assist with therapeutic exercises, stretching, and strengthening under supervision
- Prepare treatment spaces and equipment (bands, weights, tables)
- Observe evaluations, movement assessments, and treatment progressions
- Assist with patient flow including escorting and preparing patients
- Document exercises and interactions in the EMR (as appropriate)
- Maintain a clean, organized environment
- Stock therapy equipment and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and communication

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current enrollment in (or intent to pursue) a healthcare or rehabilitation‑related program preferred (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Pre‑PT, Athletic Training, etc.)
Additional Requirements
- Basic medical terminology preferred
- Comfort using computers and EMR systems
- Ability to assist with patient mobility and physical activity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
