AI Video Engineer

Regala is an SF-based AI startup backed by Pareto Holdings and some of the earliest investors in Kalshi and Polymarket.

What You’ll Do

• Produce high-quality AI video content for marketing campaigns, internal projects, and platform demos.
• Current expertise across generative video models (Veo3, Sora2, Runway, Kling, Hailuo, Wan, Pika). Deep understanding of each model’s strengths, limits, and sweet spots.
• Develop advanced prompting techniques and multi-step pipelines that consistently produce usable results.
• Combine AI footage with traditional editing (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut) to deliver polished final assets.
• Benchmark outputs and build prompt libraries for the team.

Who You Are

• 1+ years creating AI video content (professional, freelance, or prolific personal practice) with a portfolio to prove it.
• Encyclopedic knowledge of current generative video models and a clear POV on when to use which.
• Exceptional prompting skills.
• Startup pace is your natural speed.

Nice to have

• Active AI creator and influencer with 10K+ followers on at least one social platform.
• Background in motion design, VFX, filmmaking, or advertising.
• High agency individual
