What You’ll Do

  • Lead engaging, hands-on clay sculpting classes for K–12 students
  • Guide students in creating sculptures, artistic projects, and imaginative 3D designs
  • Foster a fun, inclusive, and creativity-driven classroom environment
  • Adapt lessons to different ages, skill levels, and learning styles
  • Keep students excited and focused through interactive instruction
  • Maintain positive classroom management and structure
  • Communicate clearly with parents, staff, and program coordinators
  • Track student progress and provide encouraging, constructive feedback
  • Show up prepared and ready to deliver an exceptional class experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Energetic, outgoing, and creative individuals
  • Passion for visual arts, sculpting, design, or hands-on creative learning
  • Experience with clay sculpting, ceramics, mixed-media art, or similar artistic mediums
  • Comfortable working with kids (K–12) in group settings
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Patient, adaptable, and reliable
  • Willingness to follow a guided curriculum
  • Teaching/tutoring experience is a plus—but not required
  • Must have reliable transportation within the Los Angeles area
