What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging, hands-on clay sculpting classes for K–12 students
- Guide students in creating sculptures, artistic projects, and imaginative 3D designs
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and creativity-driven classroom environment
- Adapt lessons to different ages, skill levels, and learning styles
- Keep students excited and focused through interactive instruction
- Maintain positive classroom management and structure
- Communicate clearly with parents, staff, and program coordinators
- Track student progress and provide encouraging, constructive feedback
- Show up prepared and ready to deliver an exceptional class experience
What We’re Looking For
- Energetic, outgoing, and creative individuals
- Passion for visual arts, sculpting, design, or hands-on creative learning
- Experience with clay sculpting, ceramics, mixed-media art, or similar artistic mediums
- Comfortable working with kids (K–12) in group settings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Patient, adaptable, and reliable
- Willingness to follow a guided curriculum
- Teaching/tutoring experience is a plus—but not required
- Must have reliable transportation within the Los Angeles area
