Painting Process Engineer (Entry Level) - OPT / E2 / Green Card Sponsorship Available

Our client is a Tier-1 automotive supplier specializing in core chassis components. They are establishing a new manufacturing plant in Dublin, Georgia, to stably supply the North American market. They are currently collaborating with Rivian, Ford, and Volkswagen, and are expected to begin cooperation with Tesla soon. They plan to hire approximately 400 employees as they grow.

Position

  • Job Title: Painting Process Engineer (Entry Level)
  • Location: 330 Emerald Parkway Dublin, GA 31021
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • hourly: $17.00 (40 hours per week with approximately 10 hours of weekend overtime)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (expected graduation by May 2026 is acceptable)
  • Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields preferred
  • New graduates are welcome (Internship, co-op, or project experience related to painting/coating is a plus)
  • F-1 visa students are strongly encouraged to apply (OPT, STEM OPT, and CPT candidates are welcome)
  • Responsible for managing local staff and daily line operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge or hands-on experience in painting processes (Electro Deposition, Powder Coating, etc.)
  • Proficiency in CAD programs such as CATIA, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks
  • Experience with data analysis tools 
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Korean both
