What You’ll Work On
- Monitoring high‑tech production lines for solar cells and ensuring stable process performance
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and supporting senior engineers with root‑cause analysis
- Running experiments, collecting data, and contributing to process optimization
- Supporting equipment maintenance and verifying system readiness
- Keeping the production environment safe, organized, and efficient
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics or any field related to Optics, Semiconductors, New Energy, or similar. We will consider ALL STEM majors
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a love for hands‑on technical work
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
- Interest in manufacturing, semiconductors, solar, or advanced materials
