Physical Therapist

Rehab Resolutions, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist with experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Our physical therapists demonstrate a high level of proficiency in functional rehabilitation skills and manual therapy. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a small, transparent organization that aims to serve our local and regional population. The Physical Therapist will work in collaboration with Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Techs to provide services that identify, remediate, rehabilitate and prevent functional limitations or prolonged physical dysfunction.  

Each therapist has an active list of patients they are responsible for, managing the patient's plan of care and recovery. Therapists are responsible for timely documentation of evaluations, re-evaluations, ongoing care, and discharges.

This is a full time, 40 hour/week position. Salary ($80k-$104k) will be determined by experience. We are also offering a $5000 sign on bonus distributed over a two-year commitment. 

Required: Physical Therapy License
