Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Workday professional with experience in Workday HCM, configuration, reporting, business process management, integrations, and support activities. The candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams to implement, maintain, and optimize Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Compensation, or Benefits.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Design and configure Workday business processes, security roles, calculated fields, and custom reports.
- Support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF, and APIs.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot Workday issues and provide production support.
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for HR and management teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve HR operational efficiency.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance standards.
- Support Workday release management and enhancement activities.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
- 2+ years to 8+ years of Workday experience (depending on role level).
- Workday certifications are preferred.
- Experience in implementation or support projects.
