The Human Resources Intern will support the company’s internal operations by assisting with recruiting, employee onboarding, staff coordination, and HR documentation. This internship provides hands on experience working within a growing professional organization and supporting team development.
Responsibilities
Recruiting Support
Assist with posting job opportunities and internship positions
Help review candidate applications and resumes
Assist with scheduling interviews and candidate communication
Onboarding and Employee Support
Assist with new hire onboarding documentation
Help organize employee records and internal files
Support employee orientation and training coordination
HR Administration
Maintain HR documentation and internal policies
Assist with organizing employee files and HR systems
Support internal communication between departments
Team Development Support
Assist with employee engagement initiatives
Help coordinate internal meetings and staff updates
Support HR related administrative tasks
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Professional and detail oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality with employee information
