Associate Veterinarian

Windsor Park Veterinary Clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our growing small animal practice in the heart of Austin.

As an independently owned clinic, we take pride in fostering a collaborative, family-oriented environment where both our team and clients feel supported and valued. Personalized care, open communication, and strong relationships are central to our philosophy.

Following a recent expansion that doubled the size of our facility, we are excited to welcome a veterinarian who is eager to grow with us and help shape the future of our practice. If you’re passionate about veterinary medicine and enjoy working in a connected, community-focused setting, we would love to hear from you.

We are ideally seeking a candidate with at least two years of experience, though enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply. This role will primarily focus on routine surgical procedures and consultations, including spays/neuters, dental procedures, and lumpectomies, as well as general wellness appointments.

What We Offer

  • Fully equipped dental suite with digital dental radiography
  • Digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house diagnostic equipment
  • No emergency or on-call responsibilities
  • Scheduled lunch breaks
  • Balanced schedule with both surgery and appointment days
  • Mentorship from experienced veterinarians with 25+ years in practice
  • Access to a board-certified orthopedic surgeon for case support
  • Skilled, dedicated support staff
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Continuing education and licensing support
  • Health, vision and dental insurance
