We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our team as a Junior IT Sales & Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will support sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities in the IT services/domain. Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, networking, and online research
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions/services
- Support end-to-end sales activities including presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 0–4 years of experience in IT Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT services/products is preferred
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
