Schedule: Part-Time Seasonal Internship

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated part-time HR Intern to support our HR team during the busy season. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting and interviewing candidates
• Help with onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Input and maintain employee data and HR records
• Coordinate employee living arrangements and transportation needs
• Assist with employee events and engagement activities
• Support employee communication and HR projects
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask
• Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
