We're looking for a driven, relationship-savvy Associate to join our Attendee Acquisition team and help fill the rooms at our most anticipated events. If you love the chase of building a pipeline, the craft of a great pitch, and the energy of working with senior healthcare leaders, this role was built for you. What You'll Do
Recruit Attendees & Build Relationships
- Own attendance goals by identifying, engaging, and securing qualified healthcare leaders for our live events
- Run consultative outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn — selling the value of thought leadership, peer networking, and high-impact supplier meetings
- Track and optimize KPIs to sharpen your approach and drive results
- Build the kind of executive relationships that turn first-time attendees into loyal regulars
- Guide prospects from first conversation through registration and on-site experience
- Keep CRM records airtight — outreach, follow-ups, confirmations, all of it
Research & Prospect
- Mine our database, LinkedIn, news alerts, and industry research to find the right audiences
- Stay sharp on healthcare finance trends, leadership shifts, and regulatory changes shaping the executive landscape
Collaborate
- Partner with internal teams to align acquisition strategy with event themes and broader goals
- Surface attendee insights that strengthen messaging and engagement across the board
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently hitting — and beating — weekly and monthly recruitment and engagement targets
- Measurable attendance growth tied directly to your outreach and strategy
- Visible impact on retention and engagement metrics through smart touchpoints and strong relationships
- A reputation for thoroughness, quality, and an eye for detail
What You Bring
- Experience in B2B sales or outbound engagement
- Bonus points for healthcare, life sciences, or event sales backgrounds — especially in attendee acquisition, delegate sales, or conference outreach
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building chops; you're at ease talking with hospital and healthcare executives
- Genuine interest in healthcare, innovation, and the power of in-person networking
- A strong work ethic and real ambition to grow
- Results-oriented, organized, and good under pressure with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree

Salary Range: $65,000–$80,000
