Entry Level Recruiter

We are actively hiring an Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in recruiting, human resources, and talent acquisition.

As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will be responsible for connecting with candidates, managing interview scheduling, and helping fill open positions for our clients and internal teams. No previous recruiting experience is required, full training is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Review resumes and applications
  • Conduct phone screenings with potential candidates
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
  • Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
  • Work closely with leadership to meet hiring goals
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation coordination

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and Zoom
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
