Our mission is to facilitate community integration and empower individuals to reach their full potential through personalized support and skill development.
We are looking for motivated, adaptable, and responsible individuals to join our team as Skill Development Therapists. This role offers hands-on training, no prior experience required, and a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $18.50 - $22 per hour (DOE) + sign-on bonus
- Mileage reimbursement ($.72.5 per mile)

Schedule:
- Full-time/part-time, 30–35 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Support adults with disabilities in social, behavioral, and communication skill development
- Record data, assist with hygiene training, and help develop individualized lesson plans
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants
- Drive participants to community training sites (with mileage reimbursement)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CA Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
