Sales Representative Trainee

📍 Relocation Required Within First Year

This position is part of a strategic initiative to strengthen our market presence, improve consistency in territory coverage, and drive long-term growth. The selected candidate will undergo a structured training program and transition into full territory management responsibilities.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with dealers across the territory
  • Identify and secure new retail accounts
  • Grow revenue within existing customer relationships
  • Ensure consistent and professional brand representation in the field
  • Maintain strong accountability for performance and reporting
