Sales Representative Trainee

This position is part of a strategic initiative to strengthen our market presence, improve consistency in territory coverage, and drive long-term growth. The selected candidate will undergo a structured training program and transition into full territory management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with dealers across the territory
- Identify and secure new retail accounts
- Grow revenue within existing customer relationships
- Ensure consistent and professional brand representation in the field
- Maintain strong accountability for performance and reporting
