Software Sales Representative

GC Radar is a software platform that helps general contractors and trade contractors across the Southeast identify the right time to bid on construction jobs. We are seeking a Software Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Software Sales Representative is responsible for closing new business through outbound prospecting and product demonstrations. This is a full-cycle, remote sales role.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls from provided lead lists
- Deliver software demonstrations via Loom and Zoom
- Close monthly software subscriptions in the $497 to $1,497 range
- Manage pipeline and accounts in GoHighLevel CRM
- Meet weekly activity targets for calls, demos, and closed deals
- Coordinate handoff of new customers to the onboarding team

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of phone or video-based software sales experience
- Track record of closing monthly subscriptions or recurring revenue
- Ability to make 50 or more outbound calls per day
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace
- Must reside in the United States and be available 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience at ServiceTitan, Procore, BuilderTrend, CompanyCam, Jobber, or a similar vertical software company
- Experience selling to general contractors, roofers, or other small business owners
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel

Compensation and Benefits

- 1099 independent contractor position
- Commission-only structure, no base salary
- Estimated annual earnings: $85,000 to $135,000
- Top performers exceed $135,000
- Weekly payouts via direct deposit
- Recurring commission on active accounts
- Performance-based monthly bonuses
