Marketing Support Intern

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Support Intern is responsible for the assisting in execution of lead management, database maintenance, sales support, administrative support, CRM execution and customer data management for marketing.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with branding projects across digital, print, and internal channels
  • Help ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across materials
  • Support content creation and campaign brainstorming
  • Maintain brand guidelines and assets
  • Conduct basic research on trends and competitors
  • Track project timelines and deliverables

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in capital/industrial equipment environment a plus

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, or hear; uses hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls.  On occasion, may be required to climb and work in high places, stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.   The incumbent must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

 

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The position is an office-based position with visits to the manufacturing area.  In the manufacturing area, employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and may occasionally be exposed to fumes and/or airborne particles.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but at times loud.
