The Opportunity

We are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join our South Florida-based team. This is a full-time position, with significant opportunities for professional growth and leadership.

You will play a critical role in shaping projects from investigation through design, while also helping scale a company that is positioning itself for long-term impact in the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute subsurface investigations and geotechnical field programs
  • Perform soil analyses and develop engineering recommendations
  • Design foundations and provide geotechnical solutions for a range of projects
  • Prepare and review technical reports and proposals
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals across projects
  • Contribute to team development

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
  • Expertise in soil mechanics, site investigations, and foundation design
  • Experience managing geotechnical projects from start to finish
  • Excellent technical writing, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Must have a valid driver's license
