Job Title: Account Executive

Our systematic approach optimizes the growth and expansion of our clients campaigns and provides entrepreneurial opportunities for our team.

Our company is growing and we are looking for individuals who can work full time, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, have a solid work ethic, and ability to work well with others in a team environment. A college degree is not required. Candidates must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and have reliable transportation.

*The Position:*

*Account Executives* provide solutions for our customers' needs through managing their accounts and educating them on the best products and services available. Reps get trained in reporting, tracking meetings, up-selling, products, and compliance. Candidates must be comfortable and confident conducting meetings and presentations to account holders. Individuals must be solution oriented, and always keep the interest of our customers in mind. Must possess people skills!

This is a full time position Monday through Friday with all major holidays off.

Extensive paid training is provided upon hire. Reps are paid weekly.

*Account Executives will:*

* Learn the foundation of our business: sales & direct marketing

* Progressively manage and maintain contacts with customers

* Consult face-to-face with local clients and prospective clients within an account territory

* Learn how to understand customer needs and assist with product inquiries to ensure their purchase order gets processed

* Source new business through prospecting new customers, managing leads, and mapping territory

* Have one on one interactions with customers and give presentations

* Identify and classify sales opportunities

* Participate in training sessions, conference calls, and sales meetings

Those selected will gain experience not only in sales and marketing but also campaign management, advertising, human resources, and team development.
