Essential Responsibilities:
- Serve as emcee for selected Mud Hens and Walleye home games. Welcoming fans, introducing various in-game activities, promotions, and entertainment segments.
- Engage with fans throughout the game, leading chants, and encouraging participation in cheers and team spirit activities.
- Foster a sense of community and excitement among attendees.
- Organize and execute on-field contests, promotions, and giveaways during breaks in the action, coordinating with game operations staff and sponsors as needed.
- Seamlessly incorporate sponsor messages and promotions into the in-game entertainment experience, maintaining a balance between engaging content and commercial messaging.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have strong knowledge of baseball and hockey; including rules and players and have the ability to work with the game day staff, referees, mascots and statisticians.
- Must feel comfortable being on camera and talking to large crowds on a microphone.
- Ability to frequently go outside of your comfort zone.
- Must be able to attend the selected home games needed and arrive two hours before game time.

Work Environment:
- Occasionally lifting promotional items and props needed, weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, etc. for duration of the shift.
- Game days will be outdoors in all types of weather conditions, including exposure to sun and heat.
