About the Role

Pebble is a creator marketing agency helping consumer brands grow on TikTok and Instagram through high-volume creator content. We move fast, run multiple client accounts simultaneously, and hold a high bar for communication. We're looking for a Client Success Intern to be the connective tissue between our internal team and our clients — keeping things clear, proactive, and nothing falling through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day communication between clients and our internal team (creator management, creative)
• Be the first point of contact for client questions, feedback, and concerns — clients should never be chasing us for an update
• Triage issues accurately: handle what you can, escalate what needs leadership attention, and know the difference
• Keep clients informed on timelines, creator content deliverables, and next steps
• Navigate and maintain our Notion-based project and creator pipeline systems across active accounts
• Support smooth handoffs between creative, sourcing, and client-facing workstreams

Who You Are

• Extremely organized and responsive — you treat communication like a system, not a to-do list you'll get to later
• A clear, confident writer who can match tone to context (a wellness brand client reads differently than a career app)
• Strong triage instincts — you don't over-escalate, and you don't sit on things that need to go up
• Comfortable operating with autonomy in a small, fast-moving team
• Genuinely interested in the creator economy, TikTok/Instagram, and how brands grow organically through content

Nice to Have

• Experience in a client-facing, agency, or coordinator role (internships count)
• Familiarity with how creator content workflows operate — briefs, feedback rounds, posting timelines
• Comfort with Notion, Slack, or similar tools

• Part-time or full-time, flexible based on availability

For now, this role will be up to 40 hrs a week at an hourly rate of $20/hr. To ensure alignment, please let me know the maximum number of hours you can work weekly.
