Social Media Intern
The Coffee Bunker is seeking a creative, motivated, and mission-driven intern to help manage and grow our social media presence. This internship is ideal for students interested in nonprofit marketing, communications, digital media, public relations, storytelling, or community engagement.
The selected intern will help create content, manage social media platforms, promote events and programs, highlight veteran stories, and assist in expanding community awareness of the Coffee Bunker’s mission and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
- Create graphics, reels, photos, and written content
- Help promote events, programs, and community partnerships
- Capture stories and moments that reflect the veteran community
- Assist with content planning and scheduling
- Help improve engagement and online visibility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn
- Interest in nonprofit work, veterans, or community engagement
- Photography/video editing experience is a plus

The Coffee Bunker is a Tulsa-based nonprofit empowering veterans, service members, and their families as they move forward after military service through employment support, education, peer connection, leadership programs, and community partnerships.
