The Role

Entry level. We're hiring a Dorm Launch Coordinator to own the execution of TULU's global student housing re-launch campaign this fall. This is a contract role with full-time hours, based in New York City, starting at a 6-month project term with a real opportunity to grow into a permanent position.

You'll be the person on the ground - coordinating with building teams, running activation events during student move-in season, driving registrations, and making sure every dorm launch goes smoothly. If you're the type who loves people, thrives on lists, and gets genuinely excited about making something work, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate dorm launches across TULU's student housing portfolio
  • Run on-site activation events during peak move-in periods (US: late August, UK: early September)
  • Build relationships with building managers, leasing offices, and RAs
  • Track registration metrics and report on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with marketing on student-facing materials and outreach
  • Flag issues early and problem-solve on the fly

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Naturally warm, personable, and great with people
  • Hyper-organized — you don't drop balls
  • Sharp, fast learner, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently across multiple sites and time zones
  • NYC-based with flexibility to travel locally; some evening/weekend availability during launch windows
  • Genuine enthusiasm for startups, urban living, or sustainability is a bonus

Why TULU

You'll work directly with the founding team, get real ownership from day one, and see the direct impact of your work. This is a great entry point into a fast-growing company with a global footprint.
