Therapy Center for Behavioral Health and Rehabilitation Services provides compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI), Auto No-Fault, and Workers’ Compensation cases. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and case managers to ensure patients receive seamless, high-quality care.
We are a growing practice and are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to help clients regain independence, adapt to new challenges, and improve quality of life.
Position Overview
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will provide direct clinical services, supervise behavior technicians, and support caregiver training in settings ranging from clinic to in-home/community.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Direct Services
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), preference assessments, and data analysis.
• Design, write, and implement behavior intervention plans for behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Provide direct behavior analytic services in clinic, client homes, and community settings.
• Monitor client progress, adapt plans based on data, and promote generalization across settings.
• Train caregivers, staff, and stakeholders in behavioral procedures and support plan implementation.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members (PT, OT, speech, neuropsychology, medical, social work) to integrate behavioral strategies into rehabilitation goals.
Supervision, Documentation & Team Collaboration
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians/behavior technicians, including reviewing data, monitoring implementation fidelity, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth.• Maintain accurate documentation: session notes, progress reports, treatment reviews, and billing/compliance.
• Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications
• Required: BCBA credential and state licensure as a behavior analyst
• Skill in designing behavior plans, interpreting behavioral data, and adjusting
interventions empirically
• Excellent training, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to travel locally to client homes and community sites (valid driver’s license,
reliable vehicle)
• Self-management skills: ability to organize one’s caseload, plan sessions, and work
somewhat independently
• Strongly Preferred: Prior experience supervising RBTs / behavior technicians
