Type: Internship (Part-time or Full-time)

Timeline: Starting Immediately (May 2026)

 

Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive and curious AI & Operations Intern to help accelerate how our team integrates and leverages AI across daily workflows, decision-making, and execution. This role sits at the intersection of AI, operations, and growth, with direct exposure to real business problems and the opportunity to implement solutions quickly.

 

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams in our Bethesda office to identify inefficiencies, deploy AI-driven solutions, and improve how we operate across marketing, e-commerce, and internal processes.

 

What You’ll Do

 

AI Integration & Workflow Optimization

Identify repetitive or manual workflows across the business and redesign them using AI tools

Build and implement AI-powered systems for tasks such as content creation, customer support, data analysis, and reporting

Develop prompt libraries, internal tools, and lightweight automations to scale team productivity

Standardize best practices for AI usage across departments

 

Operations & Execution Support

 

Support day-to-day operations, with a focus on improving efficiency through AI

Help streamline internal processes including reporting, communication, and task tracking

Assist across marketing, e-commerce, and growth initiatives as needed

 

Testing & Implementation

 

Rapidly test new AI tools, platforms, and workflows

Launch pilots, measure impact, and iterate quickly

Track improvements in time savings, output quality, and operational efficiency

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Strong experience with Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools 

Strong curiosity and bias toward action, someone who builds and tests rather than just researches

Interest in AI, automation, startups, or operational efficiency

Ability to identify inefficiencies and think in systems

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

 

Nice to Have

 

Basic understanding of business operations, e-commerce, or marketing workflows

Experience with spreadsheets, data analysis, or no-code tools
