Accounting Specialist

High level use of general accounting skills.  A command of day to day accounting and business practices knowledge.  Ability to apply business logic to accounting task. Invoicing, processing of purchase orders and in-house accounting prep for CPA. Use of distribution software to enforce contract compliance. Duties include AP,AR, cash receipts and the ability to prepare quotes and bids. Experience  with Quick Books is a plus. Proficient Excel usage to include pivot tables and formulas. The attention to detail is a key skill.
