Boat Driver & Waterski Instructor
As a Boat Driver & Waterski Instructor, you’ll help campers build confidence on the water through waterskiing and other tow sports, while ensuring safety and fun on our beautiful picturesque lake.
Waterfront Responsibilities:
• Safely operate camp boats during waterskiing, wakeboarding, and tubing activities.
• Teach and coach campers of all levels — from first-timers to advanced skiers and riders.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure equipment is in proper working order.
• Support the Waterfront Director in running smooth and engaging activity periods.
Bunk Counselor Responsibilities:
• Live in a cabin with campers (ages 7–15) and provide daily supervision, guidance, and mentorship.
• Create a safe, supportive, and fun bunk environment where campers feel at home.
• Lead and participate in camp traditions, evening programs, and special events.
• Be a role model by bringing energy, responsibility, and care to both bunk life and camp programs.
What We’re Looking For:
• Valid boating license and strong boat-handling experience (training provided if needed).
• Background in waterskiing, wakeboarding, or tow sports instruction preferred.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring kids.
• Positive, flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
