Employee Benefits Sales Internship
What This Is
A real sales internship. Not coffee runs. Not shadowing. You will be selling employee benefits to small and mid-sized businesses alongside producers who close real deals every week.
We will sponsor and pay for your Life & Health (L&H) insurance license. You walk out of this internship with a professional credential, real income, and a resume that stands out from every other applicant on Handshake.
What You Will Do
- Prospect business owners and HR decision makers
- Book discovery calls and qualify opportunities
- Run consultative sales conversations under direct mentorship
- Quote group health, dental, vision, life, and ancillary benefits
- Track activity in our CRM and hit weekly KPIs
- Learn how high-performing producers build a book of business
