Stock Broker Trainee
We are looking for driven, coachable, and competitive individuals to join our team as Stock Broker Trainees. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for candidates interested in becoming licensed financial professionals and learning the business from the ground up.
You’ll work directly with experienced brokers, investment professionals, and senior leadership while gaining exposure to capital markets, equities, alternative investments, client relationship management, and institutional sales strategies.
No prior finance experience is required - we are looking for attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Learn the fundamentals of financial markets, equities, and alternative investments
- Assist senior brokers with client outreach and relationship management
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective investors and business owners
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
- Learn compliance procedures and industry regulations
- Participate in daily sales training and market education sessions
- Study toward obtaining FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 63)
- Develop communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Stay current on market trends, economic news, and investment opportunities
