Job Title: Legal & Finance Administrative Interns
Job description: As a legal and finance administrative Intern, you will assist in drafting and creating contract and agreements, conduct legal research and support the legal team and finance department with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Job responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents, contracts, agreements, and notices
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.
- Support the legal team in maintaining contract databases and documentation records.
- Help prepare case summaries, reports, and compliance checklists.
- Coordinate with internal departments for legal documentation and approvals.
- Review policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist in organizing legal files and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support the finance department in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
- Pursing classes towards Political Science, legal studies or other related field in the United States.
- Interested in law
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
