Director of Faith Formation
The Director of Faith Formation provides leadership for Regina’s PreK–12 religion and theology curriculum, student faith formation and staff faith development, and the high school Community System. This role strengthens Regina’s Catholic identity by guiding formation programs, coordinating schoolwide faith experiences, and supporting teachers and staff in integrating faith into their daily work.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
PreK-12 Curriculum Leadership (Religion & Theology)
Lead implementation of the diocesan religion/theology standards and curriculum.
Support all teachers and principals in curriculum expectations and alignment with NSBECS.
Student & Staff Faith Formation
Guide schoolwide spiritual formation efforts.
Lead staff faith development, including an annual staff retreat.
Set the framework for retreats, prayer services, liturgies, and faith events in collaboration with campus ministry and committees.
Community & Faith Events
Lead the high school Community System.
Organize major schoolwide faith events, including Catholic Schools Week and holy days.
Collaboration & Leadership
Serve as a member of the Regina leadership team.
Collaborate with pastors, diocesan partners, and campus ministry.
Lead NSBECS scoring and related Catholic identity evaluations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Catholic or theological studies required; master’s preferred.
Experience in team leadership or coaching, teaching, or ministry.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Commitment to Catholic education and faith formation.
