Teacher/ Teacher's Aide

A Teacher/ Teacher's aide supports classroom instruction by assisting the teacher with daily activities, helping students understand lessons, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, supervising students during class and activities, providing one-on-one or small group support, and helping manage classroom behavior. Teacher aides may also assist with grading assignments, organizing classroom resources, and ensuring students stay engaged and on task. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with both students and staff are essential in this role.
