The Corporate Partner
Our Corporate Partner is a fast-paced, innovative biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing therapies that shape the future of healthcare. Based in Berkeley Heights, NJ, they focus on treating challenging conditions and delivering impactful medical solutions.
The Role
Our partner is seeking a highly organized, proactive Corporate Communications Intern to support strategic internal and external communication initiatives. Working closely with leadership, this role provides hands-on experience in corporate communications within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry, including media relations, digital communications, social media content development, investor relations, and internal tracking.
Responsibilities

Content Development & Brand Support: Assist in drafting and editing internal communications, corporate newsletters, and social media content to maintain brand integrity.

Asset Maintenance: Support the development and maintenance of corporate presentations and stakeholder communication materials, including website updates and fact sheets.

Investor Relations & Administrative Support: Maintain the corporate investor database and assist in drafting professional outreach notes to investors and key stakeholders.
- Project Management: Help coordinate communication timelines with internal cross-functional teams and external PR agencies while conducting research on relevant industry trends.
Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Life Sciences, or a related field. Rising juniors or seniors preferred.

Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong research abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Preferred Experience: Interest in life sciences or healthcare communications. Experience with graphic design tools (like Canva) or website content management is a plus.
Requirements: Must be a Pell Grant Recipient for the current academic year.
