Social Media Content Creator Intern

Flavor Bridge is a locally owned Asian snack and beverage store in Carmel, Indiana. We curate snacks, candies, drinks, and specialty treats from across Asia and provide customers with a fun, welcoming way to discover new flavors.

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator Intern to help us grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms. This role is ideal for a student interested in social media marketing, content creation, video editing, food culture, retail marketing, or small business entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities include creating short-form videos, taking photos, editing content, writing captions, helping plan weekly social media posts, highlighting new arrivals and promotions, and creating engaging content that brings local customers into the store. The intern may also help with customer engagement, influencer outreach, basic campaign ideas, and simple performance tracking.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. Experience creating Reels, TikToks, food content, lifestyle content, or small business marketing content is preferred but not required. We are especially interested in someone who can create authentic, fun, and visually appealing content using real store products, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Minimum qualifications:

• Interest in social media, marketing, communications, business, video production, or related fields
• Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Ability to create or edit short videos and photos
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Reliable, creative, and willing to learn
• Able to visit the store in Carmel for content creation as needed

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Instagram Reels, TikTok, or Meta Business Suite
• Prior experience creating social media content for a club, organization, business, or personal account
• Interest in Asian snacks, food culture, retail, or local business marketing

This is a part-time paid internship or student position. Hours are flexible, but the candidate should be able to visit the store regularly to capture real content. This is a hands-on opportunity to help build a growing local brand from the ground up.
