What You’ll Do
- Generate and develop new business leads
- Prospect potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and outreach
- Schedule meetings and present HTSS staffing services
- Build strong client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and close new business opportunities
- Work closely with recruiting and operations teams to support client needs
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
- Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business
- Organized and goal-oriented
- Sales, customer service, or staffing experience is a plus — but we’re willing to train the right person
