Third Party Patient Liaison

The Third-Party / Patient Liaison role offers unique exposure to complex fertility coordination involving patients, egg donors, sperm donors, gestational carriers, physicians, agencies, and multidisciplinary care teams. JOB SUMMARY 

The Third-Party Patient Liaison plays a vital role in the outpatient care team, engaging directly with patients, egg donors, sperm donors, gestational carriers, and partner agencies to help coordinate care throughout the fertility process. 

Employment Type: Full-Time 
Department: Third-Party Programs & Patient Experience 

Schedule: Five days per week, including rotating Saturdays. 

PATIENT & DONOR COMMUNICATION 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically. 

Demonstrated emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills while supporting patients, donors, and gestational carriers. 

Ability to triage patient and donor calls and emails promptly and effectively. 

Distribute educational materials and consent forms while ensuring understanding of treatments and procedures. 

TECHNICAL SKILLS 

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for tracking donor applications, cycles, and schedules. 

Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for accurate documentation. 

Coordinate complex schedules for multiple patients, donors, providers, and agencies simultaneously. 

Maintain knowledge of FDA regulations and donor compliance requirements. 

Perform clerical and administrative duties including dictation, referrals, phone communication, and operative reports. 

Ensure all required screening and testing protocols are completed accurately and on schedule. 

ORGANIZATIONAL & WORKFLOW SKILLS 

Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy. 

Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced clinical environment. 

Coordinate workflows between providers, lab staff, clinical teams, and administrative departments. 

Support quality reporting and process improvement initiatives through data collection and organization. 

PROFESSIONALISM & COMPLIANCE 

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all patient, donor, and clinic communications. 

Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and ethical judgment in all interactions. 

Maintain awareness of office safety protocols in a clinical environment. 

Adapt to evolving responsibilities and operational needs.
