Social Media Coordinator

As the Social Media & Content Coordinator, you’ll help shape the voice and story of PaperPie online, creating content that sparks connection, conversation, and a love of literacy. From trending Reels and lifestyle content to event storytelling and community engagement, this role brings our mission to life across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, positioning our products as solutions to real problems in relatable, joy-filled ways.

We’re looking for someone creative, collaborative, trend-aware, and in tune with digital culture. Someone who naturally thinks in content, loves experimenting with ideas, and understands how to create posts people want to watch, save, share, and engage with, while staying rooted in PaperPie’s mission and voice.

Responsibilities include:

  • 40% - Strategically developing engaging social content using short-form video, graphics, captions, and storytelling
  • 30% - Managing day-to-day social media presence, including posting, community engagement, trend monitoring, and audience interaction
  • 15% - Capturing and sharing lifestyle, event, and behind-the-scenes moments that invite people into the PaperPie community and mission
  • 15% - Creating and organizing social media assets for Brand Partners to use across their own social platforms

role requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, including platform capabilities and trends
  • Skilled in creating engaging social media content, including video, photography, graphics, and captions
  • Creative eye for storytelling, visual composition, and brand voice
  • Experience in Canva, editing apps, and in-app tools
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
  • Passion for literacy, connection, and serving through sharing solutions
  • Previous social media/content work preferred
