Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound collection calls

Negotiate payment arrangements with consumers

Resolve delinquent accounts professionally

Maintain accurate account documentation

Meet individual and team performance goals

Follow all company policies and compliance regulations

Qualifications

Collections or sales experience preferred, but not required

Call center or customer service experience is a plus

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Goal-oriented and money motivated

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Professional attitude and reliable attendance

Basic computer and multitasking skills

Willingness to learn and grow within the company
