Technical Account Executive, Inbound & Activation

Role Description
Blooio is hiring an Activation Specialist to help new customers successfully onboard, integrate, and operationalize Blooio within their business workflows.
This role sits between customer success, technical implementation, and marketing strategy. You will work directly with customers to:
- connect CRMs and automation platforms
- configure workflows and integrations
- guide messaging strategy and outreach structure
- help customers adopt best practices for conversational iMessage outreach
- ensure customers launch successfully and see value quickly
You will be responsible for helping customers understand not just how to use Blooio, but how to use it effectively.
This is a highly hands-on role. Ideal candidates are both technically capable and customer-facing, with strong communication skills and a practical understanding of marketing automation, lead response systems, and CRM workflows.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and activate new Blooio customers
- Assist with CRM integrations and workflow setup
- Help customers connect platforms such as HighLevel, HubSpot, Zapier, etc.
- Troubleshoot onboarding and implementation issues
- Advise customers on messaging workflows and conversational outreach best practices
- Help customers structure automations, lead routing, follow-up flows, and campaign logic
- Identify risks or poor practices that may negatively impact deliverability or performance
- Work cross-functionally with support, sales, and product teams
- Continuously improve onboarding processes and documentation
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation workflows
- Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, HubSpot, HighLevel, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a consultative capacity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technically capable and able to troubleshoot implementation issues
- Understanding of lead generation, outbound messaging, or sales workflows
- Available during standard U.S. business hours
- Full-time availability
Preferred:
- Experience in SaaS onboarding, activation, implementation, or customer success
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or automation logic
- Experience working with sales or marketing teams
- Understanding of conversational marketing, SMS/iMessage workflows, or lead response systems
- Startup experience or comfort working in fast-moving environments
Work Environment:
- Fully remote
- U.S. business hours required
- Fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and autonomy
Pay
- Associate-level role
- Starting compensation begins at $90,000 base + performance bonus. Target OTE: $110,000
- Compensation may increase based on experience and technical capability
- Full-time position
