SCADA Technician
The City of Bozeman is now accepting applications for a SCADA Technician to support automation, instrumentation, PLCs, HMI systems, industrial networking, and cybersecurity for water treatment, wastewater collection, and reclamation facilities. Responsibilities include troubleshooting control systems, maintaining industrial communications, supporting system reliability, and ensuring continuous plant operations.

Wage: $38.53 - $42.11 per hour DOE.
Work Week: Typically, Monday - Friday, 8;00am - 5:00pm, with occasional after-hours and emergency responses for system failures.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Control Systems, or a related field, and
- At least two years of experience in the design, operation, or troubleshooting of industrial control systems, software engineering, network administration, or related technical fields, or
- Any combination of education, experience and training which provides the equivalent scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work.
- Must possess a current valid Driver’s License and have the ability to obtain a Montana Driver’s License within 60 days of employment.
