Campaign Fellow (BROWARD WIN Fellowship)

The WIN Fellowship Program is a hands-on political campaign training program supporting high-profile, competitive races in Florida during the 2026 Primary Election cycle.

Unlike traditional classroom-based fellowships, WIN Fellows work on the front lines of real campaigns—where elections are decided. Participants will engage directly with campaign teams to mobilize voters, support outreach efforts, and contribute to daily campaign operations across Broward County.

The Broward branch of the program will focus heavily on fieldwork, voter engagement, and local campaign operations. Fellows will participate in canvassing, phone banking, community events, and campaign trainings while gaining direct exposure to candidates, organizers, elected officials, and political leaders in South Florida.

This summer, fellows will support major campaigns, including:

  • David Jolly - Candidate for Governor of Florida
  • Patrick Ferguson - Lauderdale By the Sea Commission
  • Michael Ferguson - State House District 100
  • Derrick Jones, Jr. -  West Park City Commission
