Starting pay: $23.00–$25.00/hour

About Us
Community Interface Services is a nonprofit organization serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1983. Our mission is to provide individualized, community-based support in employment, housing, and independent living to help every person we serve lead a meaningful life.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will support individuals in developing the skills needed for independent living and long-term success. Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching and modeling daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and other household management skills
- Supporting individuals in accessing housing and community resources
- Building strong, supportive relationships with each person on your caseload
- Tracking and documenting progress toward individual goals
- Collaborating with a team focused on continuous improvement and high-quality service
Your work will directly contribute to increased independence, confidence, and quality of life for the individuals you support.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of driving experience with a safe driving record
- Access to a reliable vehicle for community-based support and a CA Driver's License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate challenges creatively
- Knowledge of housing resources (or willingness to learn)
